About us and why we conduct free RES exam revision classes to prep the aspiring agent for their exam?
We are a team of real estate leaders and salespersons from NAVIS Group, one of the largest division of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, with more than 1200 registered agents in Singapore.
Since The Council of Estate Agencies (CEA) formed in Oct 2010, we have had many of our friends, family, and aspiring agents join under our wing and registered for the RES course and exams.
It is, however, not as easy as what most people think of, and many who study on their own end up giving up, and lost the motivation to carry on after repeated attempts to pass the exams.
Over the years of experiences, many of our team-members encountered the same challenge in helping their friends and family members to pass their exams.
It is the synergies that bring us together to arrange for group classes to help and share our RES course materials, mind maps, and mock papers. Also, we have arranged a group of dedicated trainers specialize in each topic to give you the best, rather than only scratching on the surface of each one.

With this, the main reason why many calls to open up our sessions to the public so that our friends could also invite their course mates, friends, or family along and help them pass the exams sooner.
What can you expect at each RES exam revision class?
During the class, we will spend half of the time reviewing essential topics for papers 1 and 2 with real-life examples so that you can remember and understand the concepts easily. We will then go into the next half, working on the mock exam questions together.
We crafted this learning format and have helped many of our students attain greater clarity on rules, policies, and guidelines rather than letting you memorizing and regurgitating information without proper context.
Our dedicated, experienced RES mentors will be on sites too to guide you on the complex calculations and specific topics from law to taxes and land rights in case you are not so pro in any of those areas.
Sometimes, we even bring in key industry partners such as Conveyancing lawyers, experienced bankers, team leaders, and top sales achievers to share their vast experiences and real-life practical experience and knowledge with the class.
Why are we doing so much? Because we think it’s rather cool to share our networks too!
What to expect after the RES exam revision class ends?
There will be study groups form, and we will include you in our RES Whatsapp Support Group. Whenever you come across questions you do not understand, there will be ready live helpline to crowdsource answers from various dedicated trainers and fellow exam takers.
Are there additional RES study notes, mind maps, and mock test papers for us?
Of Course, we have extra for you. Our huge (really HUGE) archive of past mock papers and notes are regularly updated by our recent RES exam graduates and curated by our trainers. You will have access to them for your free time revision before the exam.
