In the initial years in this industry, I have noticed that no clients or friends asked or talks much about which agency I was with, and it was the service that I provide to them and the well-versed knowledge I have.


But after some time, I discovered positive people around me are far more vital as it will lead me the way into my success.

My advice – “be extremely mindful when you choose who to work together. You must always spend the extra time to explore and get to know your potential mentor. Meet up with him, meet up with your future teammates, and do your background checks.” 

Over the decade in this industry, I came across agents telling me how their mentor/seniors treat them, leading to almost dropping out or with ethically questionable paths, etc. But now let’s not focus on all these negativity; instead, let’s focus more on the positive side to look for the right mentor to learn from them.

Ultimately, joining the right company of people is crucial to help and lead you to do well and good to sustain a long term enjoyable real estate career.
