According to the developer S P Setia International, the phase-one sales average selling price was at S$1,710 per sqft (psf), slightly lower than the initially announced S$1,800 psf due to the 5 percent launch discount.

Units sold during the first launch were mainly two-bedroom apartments, priced between S$1.06 million and S$1.4 million, followed by three-bedroom apartments, priced between S$1.71 million and S$2.13 million.

The developer S P Setia won the bid for Daintree Residence with land size of 201,517 sqft, paying at S$265 million or S$939 psf per plot ratio.

Looking at the Master Plan 2019 for the integrated developments and the land size, which was huge, when the integrated transport hub is ready in the future, it could be a tremendous driving force for potential capital appreciation gains for the surrounding properties in District 21.
