Developers’ sales for the week of 14 Oct 2024 – 20 Oct 2024 were 376 units.

The CCR accounted for 2.7% while the RCR and OCR made up 4.8% and 92.6%.

The respective top-selling projects is Cuscaden Reserve in the CCR, followed by Pinetree Hill and Tembusu Grand in the RCR and Norwood Grand in the OCR.

Norwood Grand sold more than 80% on launch weekend, making it the best selling project in 2024 and the best selling project since J’den in Nov 2023.

There was overwhelming interest in the first private residential project in Woodlands since 2012.

This could be due to the pent up demand from buyers after waiting for 12 years for another project.

Many buyers saw the potential in the upcoming Woodlands Regional Centre, Woodlands North Coast, RTS link and the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone.

All the 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom were fully sold.

Most of these units are priced $2 million and below, a sweet spot price for buyers.

The prices for the units are competitive and hard to beat.
