“Darren was the best property agent I ever met. He’s very professional and has good patience.
I still remember back then we paid a $100 deposit to reserve a house but felt regret after that. It’s the norm that we have to forfeit the deposit and we decided to do so. However, Darren tried his best to take back the $100 for us though we didn’t request for it.
The best part is, he really put a lot of effort to listen to our needs, consider our capabilities, and work on it. When I mentioned I want a good study environment for a kid, he printed the map for me and marked all the nearby schools and distance. When I discussed my cashflow with him, he helped me to work on Excel for sales and purchase modeling.
Darren also has a very professional attitude that he always talks after listening. It’s very comfortable to deal with him. I think this is the reason why after so many years we engaged him to handle our property sales and purchase, we still keep in contact with him.
I believe if there’s any chance we go for the next property deal, he will be our first choice.”
