About This Estimate

The CPF Housing Grant (Resale) only applies to resale flat purchases, not BTO — EHG applies to both.
If one applicant is a second-timer, you get the Half-Housing Grant (half the resale grant) and half the usual EHG amount at each income level — the $9,000 income ceiling itself doesn't change.
If both applicants are second-timers, only the Step-Up CPF Housing Grant ($15,000, subject to a $7,000 household income cap) and PHG apply — EHG and the resale grant need at least one first-timer.
All CPF grants are credited to your CPF Ordinary Account, not paid in cash, and must be refunded with accrued interest (2.5% p.a.) when you sell — though the refunded amount stays in your CPF and can fund your next purchase.
